Products Description
The High-Pressure Cyclone Dust Removal System is specially designed to meet the dust-removal requirements of products with uneven surfaces and complex multi-sided geometries. The system integrates a high-pressure cyclone air nozzle, negative-pressure dust extraction unit, static eliminator, and centralized dust collection unit to provide efficient and comprehensive surface cleaning.
When a product passes through the dust-removal unit, static electricity is first eliminated to reduce the adhesion of fine particles. Compressed air is then supplied to the high-pressure cyclone nozzle, causing it to rotate at high speed while generating a continuous, powerful air jet. Through alternating pressure changes and repeated air-blowing cycles, dust and particles are effectively dislodged from the product surface and immediately drawn into the dust collection chamber by the negative-pressure extraction system
The system can be customized according to specific customer requirements, including various loading, unloading, and conveying configurations. The complete system can be equipped with a touchscreen HMI, PLC control system, and multiple sensors to enable intelligent automatic control, process monitoring, and seamless integration with upstream and downstream production equipment.
For fully automated production lines, the dust-removal system can also be integrated with industrial robots, servo-driven mechanisms, and linear slide modules to achieve unmanned automatic loading and unloading. This significantly reduces manual intervention, improves operational consistency, and enhances overall production efficiency.
