Product Overview
The high-pressure cyclone dust removal system is designed for products with uneven surfaces and multi-sided dust removal requirements. The system consists of high-pressure cyclone nozzles, a negative-pressure suction unit, a static elimination device, and a negative-pressure dust collection unit.
When the product passes through the cleaning unit, static electricity is first removed. The nozzles, when supplied with compressed air, rotate at high speed and eject high-pressure, intermittent jets onto the product surface. With alternating pressure and repeated sweeping, dust is lifted and drawn into the dust collection chamber by negative-pressure suction.
