Founded in Shanghai in 2007, Surmach Industrial relocated to Suzhou Industrial Park in 2018, establishing Surmach Industrial (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. and Suzhou SMK Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. In 2025, Sichuan Deshuo Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. was launched for dedicated manufacturing. The R&D center is based in Beijing, with service hubs in Dongguan and Chengdu, and global coverage through overseas agents.
Occupying 6,500 square meters, Surmach is a global innovator in roll material control and surface cleaning, specializing in intelligent web guiding system, micron-level non-contact cleaning system, tension control system, corona and plasma treatment equipment, and integrated project solutions. Products are exported to the US, South Korea, Europe, and beyond.
Surmach's R&D team comprises PhD and master's degree holders, collaborating with two domestic universities on industry-academia R&D partnerships. As the pioneer in China for micron-level non-contact, dry ultrasonic dust removal system development, Surmach is certified as a high-tech enterprise and holds over 20 patents and software copyrights. The company operates two Class 1000 cleanroom micron-level laboratories, equipped with a full range of testing and measurement equipment and micron-level online dust detection systems.

Surmach operates manufacturing facilities in Suzhou and Chengdu, featuring a combined production area of approximately 3,000 square meters. These include four standard production and assembly workshops, one CNC machining workshop equipped with five automated CNC machines, and two Class 1000 cleanroom micron-level laboratories. The laboratories are outfitted with a 1300mm dust removal rewinder, 700mm high-pressure cyclone dust removal tester, 500mm sheet material dust removal tester, and a micron-level online dust detection system. Annual production capacity encompasses 4,000 web guides, 400 web cleaning systems, and hundreds of sets of tension, corona, and plasma treatment systems.
