Working Principle
The front end of the cleaning unit is fitted with an electrostatic eliminator, which first neutralizes static ions on the material surface. The ultrasonic cleaning system uses ultrasonic air vibration to agitate the air near the material surface, peeling off micro-dust that is then vacuumed away. During operation, the ultrasonic cleaning unit creates a vacuum via the wrap angle between the material and aluminum roller. High-intensity airflow emitted by the system cleans dust and impurities from the material surface. The material is wrapped around the aluminum roller under specific tension, with a safe distance maintained between the material and cleaning unit to prevent surface scratching.
