Third, the pulse jet cleaning system should be inspected regularly, including listening for a clear and powerful pulse valve sound, checking if the compressed air pressure is up to standard, and whether the oil-water separator needs draining, to ensure effective dust removal.
Fourth, moving parts such as fans, motors, and screw conveyors should be lubricated and maintained regularly, checking belt tension and listening for any abnormal vibrations or noises.
Fifth, a visual inspection should be conducted for air leaks at pipe connections and whether the position of the dust hood's regulating valve has been altered.
