Clean up any debris around the corona treatment machine and maintain a clean working environment.
Wear anti-static gloves, goggles, and other protective equipment.
Power-on operation:
Connect the power supply and turn on the power switch. Check that the corona treatment machine starts normally.
Adjust the operating voltage, frequency, and other parameters of the corona treatment machine as needed. Always perform adjustments within safe limits and follow the recommendations in the equipment manual.
Place the material to be treated under the corona treatment machine, ensuring the material is flat and in close contact with the corona roller.
Corona treatment:
Press the start button to begin the corona treatment process. Monitor the process and observe changes on the material surface.
If necessary, adjust the parameters of the corona treatment machine to achieve the best treatment effect.
After treatment, turn off the power switch and disconnect the power supply.
