Torque mode of tension control system

(1) Tension Setting Section: Used to set the tension. In actual use, the tension setting value should correspond to the actual situation such as the material used and the requirements for winding and forming, and needs to be set by the user. The tension taper can control the tension, decreasing as the roll diameter increases, and is used to improve the winding and forming effect.

(2) Roll Diameter Calculation Section: Used to calculate or obtain roll diameter information. If the roll diameter is calculated using linear velocity, the linear velocity input function is required; if the roll diameter is calculated using thickness accumulation, the thickness accumulation calculation of roll diameter related parameters function is required.

(3) Torque Compensation Section: During acceleration and deceleration, a portion of the motor's output torque is used to overcome the rotational inertia of the take-up (unwind) rolls. The inertia compensation section in the frequency converter can automatically perform torque compensation according to the acceleration and deceleration rate through appropriate parameter settings, so that the system still obtains stable tension during acceleration and deceleration. Friction compensation can overcome the influence of system resistance on tension.
