This series of main units is mainly designed for wide-width materials. Equipped with dual fans or more, each fan runs independently to deliver positive and negative high-pressure air. It can supply high-pressure air sources required by wide-width dust removal units, single-ultrasonic and dual-ultrasonic systems.
The dual-fan system adopts our proprietary intelligent dust removal controller. Multi-fan models are controlled by PLC, while fans are driven by frequency converters. An integrated multi-filter cartridge pulse back-blowing ash cleaning system is configured; multiple filter cartridges perform back-blowing ash cleaning alternately to collect dust in a centralized manner.
The system is fitted with various pressure and temperature sensors for the main unit. Optional functions can be customized according to customer requirements, including intelligent detection and interlock control, fully automatic intelligent air pressure control, fully automatic micron-level on-line dust detection system and other features.
