1. Mechanical Body: The mechanical body, including the frame, mechanical connections, and mechanical transmission, is the foundation of mechatronics, supporting other functional units and transmitting motion and power. Compared to purely mechanical products, mechatronic systems offer improved technical performance and enhanced functionality. This necessitates that the mechanical body adapt to this improvement in terms of structure, materials, processing technology, and geometry, exhibiting characteristics such as high efficiency, multifunctionality, reliability, energy saving, compactness, lightweight, and aesthetics.

2. Sensing and Detection Section: This section includes various sensors and their signal detection circuits. Its function is to detect changes in parameters related to the mechatronic system itself and the external environment during operation, transmitting this information to the electronic control unit (ECU). The ECU then issues corresponding control commands to the actuators based on the detected information.

3. Electronic Control Unit: The ECU, also known as the electronic control unit, issues corresponding commands to control the entire system to perform its intended function.

4. Actuator: The actuator's function is to drive the movement of mechanical components according to the commands from the ECU. Actuators are moving parts, typically employing electric, pneumatic, or hydraulic drives.

5. Power Source: The power source is the energy supply component of a mechatronics product. Its function is to provide energy and power to the mechanical system according to the system control requirements to ensure the system operates normally. Energy can be provided through electrical, pneumatic, or hydraulic power, with electrical power being the primary source.
